We are two friends passionate about food, children, history, art, literature and travel (and both from the south of Italy, which might explain our obsession with good food). I, Daniela, foodwriter with a past as translator for the European institutions and a masters in Food Culture; Carlotta, an architect with a diploma in early childhood studies and wide experience as an event’s organiser.

As soon as we met at our children’s school confessed each other our burning passion for cooking.

The following year we set up our cooking school for young children, The Little Kitchen. Later came Congusto, a non‑profit organisation aiming to promote Italy’s gastronomic culture in our adoptive country, Luxembourg.

Since then 6 years flew by, and sharing our passion for cooking with others is now has now become much more than just a passion.

After many requests from our mini‑chefs attending the course, we decided to create our blog in order to share our expertise with all buddying young chefs out there.
